Policy for the Return of Originals
If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 30 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original packaging and condition with the proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Items not in original condition that show signs of damage, such as torn or scratched paper surface or cigarette odors will not be eligible for a refund.
Notify us immediately if your print arrives damaged; email - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping for Originals
Original artwork will be shipped as soon as possible and we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Shipping for Prints
All prints are custom printed by request, so please allow up to 5 days for printing / packing and mailing. Custom orders will take longer. If you need a product urgently, please contact email@example.com.
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
